Ari Margalit

Chief Executive Officer

A serial entrepreneur and technology executive with 23+ years of experience leading and scaling R&D and product organizations. Ari was CEO & Co-Founder of TECTU, a boutique tech and AI implementation firm, and previously served as Group CTO of Kape Technologies — a publicly listed cybersecurity unicorn protecting millions of customers with digital privacy and security solutions.

Before that, as Global VP of Data, AI & Technology at Anheuser-Busch InBev, he led a 500-engineer organization across eight countries, building the data and AI/ML platforms for the world's largest brewer. He has taken start-up products from idea to production — and in several cases, to successful acquisition. Ari holds a BSc in Computer Science and Mathematics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Nadav Shafir

EVP Sales & Business Development

A sales and business development leader with over 20 years of experience in the IT and technology sectors. Nadav served as EVP at Yael Group — one of Israel's leading IT groups — where he headed the Customers & Business Development division, driving sales strategy and execution across the group while promoting innovation in cloud, digital, IoT, and analytics.

He is also Co-Founder & CEO of ReNewBiz, a firm specializing in business development and sales-as-a-service, and previously held leadership roles including CEO of Broad Digital and business development manager at Malam Systems. Nadav holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Management and an MBA, both from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
